Jones Lang LaSalle has sold 1899 Wynkoop on behalf of Nichols Partnership. Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers purchased the 165,727 sq ft (15,402 sqm) office building located in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) area of Denver’s central business district. The Class A, nine-storey office property is currently 92% occupied with a diverse mix of core tenants. The high performing building, which was developed in 2000, is LEED Gold certified.
