I think a fair definition would be ‘addressing the demands of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs’. In view of what is happening to the planet today, it is certainly an important consideration. India is no exception to the rule that a sustainable future calls for sustainable action in the present, especially in terms of residential real estate.
