On Monday, my colleague Alouette Alexander and I took our camera around the Freedom Trail where we encountered locals, visitors, time-travellers from the Colonial times, and quite a number of adorable children — all bedecked in red white and blue and displaying the patriotic spirit. We asked them to read parts of the Declaration of Independence which I then stitched together into a video to commemorate this day.
